Wow Kel. This make me tear up! You really don't realise how lucky we are with Technology! So fantastic that we have all met through SB.com and now you have something to treasure from michelle. I am so glad you both got to spend some SCRAPPY time together... xo
How wonderful that you two got to meet each other...I bet you both had the best time! It is such a wonderful experience to be able to meet up in real life with the friends you make here!! What a beautiful and precious gift to have received from Michelle and WOW that she PAINTED IT... my gosh that girl's got talent!!!

awwww..... now you're making me blush ! Baahaa....I just want everyone to know that you were THE most awesome hostess EVER! From the moment I stepped off the plane I felt totally at home...like we had known each other forever{ the daily chats might have had something to do with that LOL}. I hope that all scrappers who have connected with a true friend on this site have the blessed opportunity to meet like Kelly and I did.
How wonderful for you both!! I too am going to meet my "soul sister" Lauri D. whom I met last year on this lovely site. Unfortunately I won't be going for another 298 days! I think this site has "matched" more people than any couple's website! LOL!
Very happy for you both. Your picture is so precious!
Once upon a time.....two Canadian scrapbookers, who lived far far away from each other, met here at Scrapbook.com (February 2010). One lived on the East coast of Canada in Corner Brook, Newfoundland, and the other was an urban prairie girl, living in in the West, in Edmonton, Alberta. On September 29, 2011, nfldmichelle decided it was time to meet IN REAL LIFE and flew 3800 miles (6000 km) to visit kellycreates. They had the BEST scrappiest time EVER.....and Michelle gave Kelly the most beautiful painting of Abraham's Cove in Newfoundland, which she painted herself. Thank you, Michelle....it's so beautiful, and now I have a lovely piece of art to remind me of you, hanging in my studio :)
