Give a Cheer
I felt beautiful when I was pregnant; that feeling was the seed for this lo. I started with the old Snow White fairy tale theme and added the concept from a Making Memories embossed charm: "Beauty Comes from Within." It is my dearest son who made me feel beautiful, and so his ultrasound photos are large and central. I wish they were as clear as some I've seen, but these leave a lot to the imagination! I have been itching to put leaves in a lo; I have no idea why...because it's fall now and leaves are everywhere? At any rate, the leaves fluttered into the scene of their own volition and I was delighted to have them. It was great fun staining them with Tim Holtz Bundled sage and then afterwards adding Tim Holtz stamp pad inks for accents. The mirror was fun and so was the bird. I love anything that gets my hands dirty and spreads color around. Thanks for looking.
