"When the first baby laughed for the first time, the laugh broke into a thousand pieces and they all went skipping about, and that was the beginning of fairies." I used my own drawings for the tree and mushrooms, and shaded them with colored pencils. I also used a paper tearing technique on the tree to make the leaves look real and stand out.
