Kit/Materials Used: Background from the Casual Day Scrapkit by Marcie Reckinger
Fonts Used: VTC SundayKOMix, Kingsthing typewriter
Special Techniques I used: I lowered the opacity setting on the background to blend into a blank canvas. I also used some grunge brushes around the picture on a new layer and used the eraser to clean it up.
Ok this is not the best photo of my Step Dad and my husband but I really wanted to make sure I scrapped it. This is the two of them on Christmas Eve at the Hotel Pool. The journaling talks about how my stepfather is the man that taught me how to love because he was the first man that I had ever seen love my mother as much as he did. He taught me that there was someone out there that could treat me with the love & respect. Anyhow then I explain how I did find that person….my dh (Todd). The journaling is very mushy!)
