I have 4 other cards just like this one but I changed the embellishments and changed the colors around on the paper.

I used Distress Inks to color the 5 pieces of paper used for the card. I used "Invisibles" which is invisible paper by Heidi Swapp. It can as a 12x12 inch paper. In the corners were flourishes and the rest was a grid pattern. I used Old Paper, Peeled Paint, Fired Brick, Worn Lipstick, Tea Dye and Vintage Photo Distress ink to the paper to bring out the paper design. It works just like a resist. Same as if you added clear embossing powder to a stamped image and color it with ink.

The gingerbread man is a wooden shape I got on clearance at Michaels, after Christmas. I added a heart gem to the cheeks.

I stamped the sentiment on the bottom and foam stickers around the gingerbread man.
