This is my first attempt at card-making (other than folding an 8.5x11 in half and drawing with pen)...and I did it on a super cheap budget. Everything cost $2.00 altogether. I made this with some discount blank cards and scrap paper. The thought bubble and doll were cut with x-acto knives and the edges of the thought bubble were done with a dried out old crayola marker (they work great to age edges with).
