Base cardstock embossed in Cuttlebug with the Sizzix Perfect Polka Dots folder. I used my Creative Memories Rotary trimmer to make the chocolate scallop edges. The stamp set is Create A Cupcake by Stampin' Up and I added Dimensionals behind the cupcake. Ink colours used are Pretty In Pink, So Saffron and Chocolate Chip all by Stampin' Up. Cardstock is Butter, Espresso and Pink Lemonade from Creative Memories.
