I did this page for a challenge. The challenge was to use something old, something new, something borrowed and something blue.

The pictures at the top are all straight IRL! All of the stitching except the zigzag around the large photo was by hand. I also used Becky’s sketch for November.

Something old: sticker, star template (traced, photocopied and enlarged to get the size I needed)
Something new: BG Oh Baby Boy pp
Something borrowed: toothpicks from kitchen (letters in the word silly), and medical tape from the bathroom to tape off a star to paint on the silly accent
Something blue: Primas
Fabric: used blue and white stripe on the star behind/left of the silly accent

Journaling:
I can admit it. I am a little camera happy and love taking pictures. Sometimes I wonder if Bella thinks I am the paparazzi as I just start snapping photos and am always on the look out for the perfect picture. I often photograph Ed and Bella together because those are my favorite shots.
I was recently looking through my pictures and noticed a common occurrence. I have tons of pictures of the two of them acting goofy while I am trying to get the perfect photo. Sometimes it is a conspiracy amongst them in which they act silly together and do funny stuff. Some of my pictures end up with them cracking up instead of that sweet smile I started out with. I can hear Ed now, saying, “Mommy’s taking pictures again let’s _______.” You can fill in the blank with him telling Annabella to make a funny face or say something a lot funnier than cheese. Sometimes she plays along and other times she ends up getting mad at him and making a mad face. All I know is lately my perfect photos are not of them smiling and posing for me, but laughing together, being silly and acting like complete goofballs.
