What a great idea. I am still fairly new to a lot of these techniques, but I really love this one. It would be a nice personal touch on cards as well. Can't wait to try it out. I'm glad you took the time to post the instructions, and the pictures made it much easier to understand what you were doing. Great job!
I used these instructions to make some cute Christmas ornaments ("snow" as filler and small pictures of my son and husband as a background). They came out fantastic. I can't wait to use one on a page!
Wow, I am soo glad that I discovered this website. I was kind of in a rut, but now I have so many things that I want to try (now finding the time is going to be the hard part)! I had seen people use shaker boxes on layouts (in magazines or on TV), but I had never seen a step by step on how to do it.

okay I switched out the white cardstock for red cardstock to the back and then added another layer of doublestick tape sothe bugs would shake better then added the flowers...now I am going to build the layout to match.
