Changing jobs is one of the top 10 on the stress list!!! I hope you have made a smooth transition. It seems documenting an important day in your life on a page is a nice outlet for your feelings. I love your color choices and it's a great photo.
Journaling: Before getting married, I lived and worked in Raleigh. After we got married in October 2004, I moved to Rocky Mount, into the house that John was living in, and commuted daily to work in Raleigh at the N.C. Department of Correction—Controllers Office. I was the Supervisor of Federal Grant Accounting and I LOVED my job! At first the drive wasn’t so bad. But then over time, it seemed to wear on me more and more without me even knowing it. I started looking for jobs closer to home. I eventually got an interview with Boddie-Noell Enterprises in November, 2006. They called me back for a follow-up interview, and a short time later offered me the position of Treasury & Cash Accounting Manager. My last day at DOC was January 6th and I started working at BNE on January 9, 2006. It was a difficult decision to make because I really didn’t ever think I would work anywhere but with DOC or at least the State…what a CHANGE
