This chippie inspired me to add a flower to the LO since it so resembled a flower stem. I wanted an aged look like that of a french "Memoirs" Book. I was about to photograph it when I saw a piece of TH lace I had cut earlier lying there and it seemed so perfect for this cover! It was the perfect finishing touch I needed since I had thought it needed something else! = )
I crumpled and inked the paper for that antique look, then stamped it with post marks in places. The memories banner in the middle is distressed for that "parchment" look and I added droplets to the flower I handmade for a slighttly "dewy" look. TFL = )
The green frame is a chippie by 3TAILSCRAFT! = )
