Great cookie cutters.I have some of the same..My kids and I use to make cookies together every christmas, when they were little.sure do miss those days!!glad you keep the tradition going!
Great tradition. Its kind of a lost one here. We still have them, but I buy the frozen, pre-cut cookies, bake them and then make homemade frosting. I still have cookie cutters too,but have not taken them out for almost 20 years.
How wonderful! I am sure that my grandma had the same santa, snowman and bell set. Seeing these bring back some great memories. Your family is rich to have these little treasures.
A tradition that has carried over from my childhood, to my sons and now my grandkids is making Christmas cookies. In keeping this tradition, I have been able to continue to use some of the cookie cutters my mom used when my brothers and I were growing up. This is just a very small number of the ones I have. I add to the collection every so often! In this group the originals are the candy cane, the bell, the Santa with his bag, Santa's boot and the much used snowman down in the right hand corner. I made Christmas cookies so far this year for my granddaughter's 4-H meeting she had me host.
