I had my heat gun for at least a year before I used it. Once I started using it, I always keep it plugged in and ready to use. It is a very useful tool.

I'm too lazy to get mine out and plug it in but if I had it within reach I'd definitely use it more!

Fav Scrap Tool #4

#4--My Marvy Uchida Heat Embossing Tool (or any Heat Gun/Heat Embossing Tool really) I am now learning to heat emboss (wet emboss!) which is what this tool is really for and that is super cool in and of itself, but I had it for nearly a year before I started doing that and used it on nearly 75% of my projects. It dries stuff--FAST! Well, at least much faster than if you wait for it to air dry! I love it for using with my TA Glimmer Mists! Be careful though, you can melt certain mediums if they get to hot! (for example, acrylic paint or Stickles).
