I'm 6 weeks old now and getting cuter every day. And all those adorable newborn clothes that were way too big when I came home from the hospital? Those clothes are history now!

My neck is getting stronger every day and I really try hard to hold it up by myself but I'm not quite ready.

I'm going to start smiling any day now; already I tease mommy and daddy and act like I'm going to flash them a great big smile but I need a little more practice to perfect it before I'm ready to show them.

I was born very strong! I really surprised mommy and daddy and the nurses in the hospital when I showed them I could roll over by myself on the day I was born. Not just once, I showed them all several times that I had mastered this rolling-over thing . The way they all reacted, I guess most babies can't do that just hours after they are born.

I still don't get anything to eat or drink but breast milk but I'm not complaining. I know I'm very lucky. Mommy's breast milk is helping me grow strong and healthy. Mom must love me a lot to take such good care of me.

All I have to do is fuss just a little bit and daddy picks me up and carries me around until I'm quiet. The more I fuss the more he holds me and carries me. I've definitely got the hang of how to work this to my advantage.

The one thing I really hate is having my diaper changed. I don't like that at all! I protest as loudly as I can but they change them anyway!

All in all though, Life is very good.
