Very cool layout! I love how you incorporated the bricks in the with emerald green bg. It really has the warmth and classiness of the store itself! Well done!
Yep - I so cannot wait to see this album in July! I so love your work. Your pages display true art. You have such a creative mind. No wonder you are one of my top favorites! ;)
Wow, Lauri, this is an amazing project! Congrats on the "job"...more than well done! He must be thrilled with this album. You've incorporated all of the memorabilia too!! FANTASTIC!!! FAVE!
You have made the most wonderful gift for your client! I bet he really loved this amazing work of art! I LOVE every single page you creatied for him, and the things that you got to scrap were AWESOME!!!!!!!!!
I just made a scrapbook for my clientJay Boone, owner of Emerald City Guitars in Pioneer Square in Seattle Washington. I gave Jay his album today and he loved it. I will continue to add to it after the new year. It'll be like an ongoing "work in progress" and it was such a fun project to work on.
I was able to scrapbook some really fun LO's of great items. Stuff from Billy Gibbons singer/guitar player for ZZ Top, Carlos Santana, John Maer and many other famous musicians that come into his shop. Jay has an awesome selection of high end vintage guitars and amps.
This is the first page of his album. The photos are of his store front.
I had a blast working on this album and Jay is leaving it out on display for his customers. If you're ever in Seattle and you play the guitar you'll love his store!
If you know anyone who loves vintage guitars and amps his website is www.emeraldcityguitars.com
