These are my step grandparents, John and Mary Regan. I made the tag using Tim Holtz inks and a stamp and added some ribbon, I tore a piece of paper and aged it with inks and eyelets, then trimmed the photo in ribbon, added the key and metal tag, some more ribbons and a few embellishments.
