Around here people would be up in arms over this - not that the church is in disrepair, but that the clock wasn't working! We had a local bank that had the time and tides on their sign for years. When they replaced it with a new sign with no time or tides, the whole community complained so much, they had to replace the new sign!

This may be the only broken down thing in the city of Scottsdale. This building was a church before falling into disuse. The clock tower does not have hands on any of the four faces.
