These are some small hat boxes that I picked up at a garage sale. I gave them a face lift to go with my daughter's bedroom. The paper rose on the small box is a technique that I learned in Paper Crafts and Stamp It Magazine's "Treasury of Tips & Tricks" book. I got it and Joanns and it is a MUST have! :) The rose was simple to make and I am totally hooked now! lol The postage stamps that cover the boxes I also made using my rubber stamps and my Fiskars postage edged scissors. These were fun to make and I am very pleased with the results! So keep your eyes open this summer at garage sales for ugly boxes that need some love! :)
