Give a Cheer
This is a 5x7 page for the new Hymn & Scripture Challenge I am hosting this year. Today’s hymn and scripture study is on “Turn Your Eyes Upon Jesus.” I used the Hebrews 12:2 verse which says “Let us fix our eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith, who for the joy set before him endured the cross, scorning its shame, and sat down at the right hand of the throne of God.” This verse is also available in the Our Daily Bread Designs stamp set called Cross of Christ. The hymn comes from a hymnal I have on hand. I copied it, colored the printer paper in Tim Holtz Distress Stain antique linen, and then I tore the edges and attached it to my page..
