This LO was done for a challenge I am participating in. The theme is a memorial page. Requirements include: collage technique, dyeing or colorwashing, and extras like certain brands and materials.
Supplies used:
Making Memories PP- boho chic-Lauren (paisley and brocade dot)
7 gypsies- silver nail heads, paper fluer bleu
MM book label
Prima-flowers and leaves
Chipboard- Fancy Pants Scroll
Making Memories paint-purle for colorwashing (behind bookplate and large tag)
Karen Foster- measuring spoon charm
Misc items-ribbon, lace, brads, heart clip
Rub-ons- Daisy D's and unknown vintage birthday (on tag)
Techniques used:
colorwashing, paper tearing, paper crumpling, hidden journaling
The jhournaling is under the vintage birthday tag, which is hinged. It's just basically telling that the cake Grandma made was for my uncle's 18th birthday and how proud she looked. I am re-creating most of my heritage LO's for 4 albums for my siblings so there won't be alot of mushy journaling...just mostly who what when and where type stuff.
