Give a Cheer
Last December I made two calendars for two very wonderful scrappers whom I met thru scrapjazz and this site. These gals are true angels to me and am deeply touched by their acts of kindness and friendship. Wish I could visit with them, but because there is such a distance, I decided to bring a little bit of the Midwest to them. This is the calendar I made for Lauri D.
June's pictures are of Lake Superior. I love this area and dream about retiring there. (probably won't because its too cold for my hubby in the wintertime -- oh well)!! These shots were taken in Two Harbors, MN. There are some wonderful campgrounds in the arrowhead region of the state.
The seagulls were made using a stencil template and the box from a soda 12-pak (I like to recycle when I can). The fabric is from my stash. Thanks for looking!
