I have had tons of requests asking how to make the paper rose on top of the hat box that I made so here you go! :)
#4 Glue the petals on the flower in between the petals that are on the base. You will need a glue that dries fairly quickly and bonds really well. I used super glue because this doesn't have to be acid free.
