I created the bg for this LO by first cutting out my cs tiles, I then covered each tile with several layers of tissue paper using gel medium. Once that had dried I inked the tiles with several shades of distress inks and then embossed each tile. The gel medium stiffens the cs so the embossed images are really crisp. Once I placed the tiles on the bg cs I added a border layer of inked tissue paper to each tile.
I used regular bottle caps which I filled with a mixture of glass beads and tar gel to embellish the LO.
