Love
When I saw that we had to do a layout about a person we loved I couldn’t help but laugh. Anyone who knows me would automatically know exactly who my layout would be about. It’s got to be my Darling David! His love is what inspired me to start scrapbooking AND keep scrapbooking so without he and his love this whole thing wouldn’t be happening. If I pulled out every page I’ve scrapped about him or that has him in it there would be a pile on my desk so high I would disappear behind it! But this is how OUR love works and I love our love. Our lives are intertwined and everything that I’m doing in my life involves him too. We really do love just being together….is that crazy? In this world of hectic lives and silent homes we have found ourselves an island of calm where true love exists. Now we are still human beings so the occasional storm does come rumbling over but these are easily weathered when you have the security of someone who truly loves you to keep you safe on the ground. I know I am probably going above and beyond the basic requirements of this Love Layout but I get all heart poundy when I think about David and I so here are some reasons why I really do love my guy. He is handsome and nerdy, smart and silly, opinionated and understanding, thoughtful and so hard working, loving, caring… and has the coolest faux hawk hair ever! After all the reasons that make him so loveable to me it is still the fact that I can look into his eyes and see that he is loving me right back that is THE best thing about him and us for that matter. Our love is 100% real, now and forever.
