This is one part of the counter height "L" shaped desk. The second part is 3.5 ft x 2 ft (no pic at the moment) and will be attached after we paint it.
I filled the screw holes with putty tonight and plan on sanding them down and paint it tomorrow. I assume I need to do a couple primer coats and need to figure out how i want to seal it (enamel or lacquer?)
While i finish this desk this week, my husband and neighbor will get started on the 6 ft wide, 8 inch deep and 4 ft tall topper for embellishment storage (as family life allows, of course :D ) OH, and please ignore the mess. We are making this scrap area with more organization suited to me and my husband (who kindly shares his space with me) will get my old shelves - so no more boxes sitting around!
