For my 5x7 page today, I used 2 Thessalonians 3:5 from the ODBD set called Scripture Collection 5. This verse says "May the Lord direct your hearts into God’s love and Christ’s perseverance." I also used Proverbs 30:5 which says "Every word of God is flawless; He is a shield to those who take refuge in Him." The Proverbs 30:5 verse is in the ODBD set called Scripture Collection 7. I thought both of these verses were so appropriate and fitting for the words of this hymn. To see today’s study and the background of the hymn, please see my post here:
