I knew Koreans were obsessed with beauty products, but I had no idea how much until I went to Myeongdong! 9 out of every 10 shops sold beauty products, and only beauty products! With so many to choose from, how do you choose? I don't... i just buy, and keep on buying!! And the latest beauty fad - creams made of snail mucus! Yeah, you heard me right, those gooey stuff oozing out of those lil buggers crawling around in your garden!!! No kidding!!! Gross as I felt, by my 3rd visit, I felt like the only idiot not clued into this big secret... and i got suckered into the muck!! Along the way, I stumbled into an uber cool makeup store called Too Cool For School, and a super chic boutique called Alanda. Needless to say, i stocked up! ;)
I took this photo from the 2nd floor window of a shop, and tied on 2 tags from my fav shops, with hidden journalling. One of them carried a quotation that said "Style is a simple way of saying complicated things". Thanks for following me on this journey!!
