This is a lo I did for a challenge for Webster's Pages. It's the first time I've participated in a challenge. This was so much fun to do because it is so different from anything I've done before.I really wanted to create a realistic garden scene to recreate the actual photo of my daughter. As you can see, there was a lot of fussy cutting involved!I painted the backgound with distress inks and stamped the tree branches. The tree leaves, trellis and the little blue flowers were all punched out and inked .I used model material for the "gravel" to give it a more realistic feel.I found a bird bath and garden bench image online that I shrunk down to size to fit behind the gazebo. I also used flower soft to give the appearance that the roses go on and on.This really was so much fun..I think I'll be participating in more challenges now. Thanks for peeking.
