Love the way you used the park map - very cool! I wonder what to do with the too - bring them home and never use them. Now I have ideas! Neat the way you used the circles to tag where you camped. Perfect border at the top with the Happy campers - love the wavy line too!

Denali Alaska

DENALI ALASKA - July 16, 2010 - Denali National park Alaska

JOURNALING: We spent 5 days in the Park enjoying the beauty, like Polychrome. We camped for 3 nights at Tekalnika in the the RV - July 16-18, 2010. We camped for 2 nights at Wonder Lake in the tent - July 19-20, 2010.

TECHNIQUE TIP: I love being able to recycle the park maps that you get when you enter a National Park, but always seem to struggle a bit as they are large and I don't want to cover up all the details. My solution was to crop the map down so that it fit on one 12x12 page and then to use small circular journaling squares to record different things about different areas of the park. Just a couple of borders and one small photo and this page was ready to go.
