This a LO for my dds' Daddy/Daughter Dance on January 28th, 2012. It was Candy Land themed and a professional photographer was on hand to take their pics. I got the idea for the banner/pennant placement from Mr Mister's 'Mom's 85th Birthday Album' LO (Thanks for the inspiration).
I created both large layers of paper on my Cricut Expression using SCAL2. The larger layer (pink one) is actually only 1" in width and is completely heat embossed. The candy is from an etsy .svg that I cut on the Cricut. The lollipop stick is from my own Wilton baking collection.
The little swallows are what I call distress-heat embossed. I created them from an .svg and cut using SCAL2.
The font on the tag is Zapfino.
I made the cupcakes using Liquitex Modeling Paste, a number 2 Wilton Tip and some MS pearl paint and then added a pp for the cupcake base, it is from DCWV.
The tag reads: "The sweetest dance is between a Father and his Daughter"
