Trim a piece of colored cardstock to fit a frame to form a frame mat. Emboss a piece of white cardstock using the Heart & Vines Frame embossing folder and trim to size. Stamp embossed cardstock with sentiment. Die-cut a 3-D Flower out of cardstock, assemble, embellish with a jewel center and adhere to the embossed cardstock. Adhere embossed cardstock to frame mat. Place frame mat inside frame.
