Using layered die-cut shapes created from Framelits dies and matching stamps designed by Hero Arts makes it easy to create a fun and simple card that you can use for almost any occasion. Just follow the instructions below to make this Happy Birthday Card. Cut patterned paper to size and fold to form card base. Cut squares from a variety of patterned papers and adhere to the card front in three of the corners. Wrap a ribbon around the card front and tie in a bow. Embellish with a threaded button and twine tied into a bow. Die-cut an Ornate Frame Back from cardstock and embellish with glass glitter. Attach to the card using foam dots. Stamp a frame onto cardstock. Align the corresponding Framelits die over the stamped image and die-cut. For ease of use, we recommend using a sticky note to hold the Framelits die in place while shape is being cut. Embellish with ink and attach to the card front. Die-cut a number from patterned paper using the Serif Essentials Number Set and adhere to the center of the stamped frame using foam dots. Stamp a cupcake onto white cardstock, add color to cupcake and die-cut using matching Framelits die. Stamp sentiment onto patterned paper, trim to size and attach to card front.
