The journaling under the photo reads:

This photo of Taylor is so sweet. However, please forgive me for laughing as I
recall the story of Taylor’s baby hair. It was the first time that Brett and Roberta had asked
Gramps and I to baby sit our new granddaughter. We were going to do everything like pros!
After all, we had raised babies before.
She was so precious. I sniffed the sweet baby scent that surrounded her like a cloud.
I caressed the top of her little head.
It was not long before I noticed tiny little hairs clinging to my fingers. I ran my fingers over her head again.
To my amazement, her baby fine hair was rolling right off on my hand.
Unfortunately, all that was left on her little head was a thin ridge of hair and then an unsightly white bald patch.
A few minutes later, the phone rang. Gramps answered it and I watched his face turn pale.
Then a goofy grin spread across his face as he smirked at me. He hung up the phone and said,
”That was Brett. He forgot to tell us that her baby hair is falling out and not to touch her head.
They don’t want her to be bald.”
Opps!
After the laughter subsided; I gathered up some of those tiny hairs and saved them
in a ‘Keepsake Pocket’ to scrap later. Then I just had to have a photo to go with the story.
This page is for you Taylor.
Love, Gram.
