Merlin gets a High-Five . My cat {She's a Persian} would run like a rabbit if I came toward her with a hat Or ANYTHING!!! She is a scaredy cat. Your page is sooo pretty. You also get a high-five. Love.
This is not silly at all!! It's whimsical and fun and so very clever!! I love the very dapper "Mr. Merlin" - he is so handsome in his top hat. You have so many interesting and delightful little details in this page. Love it!
A gal after my own heart!! I love love love anything entitled 'vintage', 'old', 'antique'. 'victorian', 'heritage', and you so captured that with this adorable LO! Great idea!
Internet Scream! I had no idea you owned such a dapper and handsome dud in his Victorian attire. This is a cool and clever LO. He steals the show however.
Love this! So whimsical, fun and just a delight to look at! So sorry for your loss of Merlin, but this truly honors him and his gentleman personality! FAV for Me!
I love this! Merlin was such a handsome boy, especially with his top hat. Love how you've accomplished the whole Victorian feel with your combination of pps and embellies. Not silly at all, but a great tribute to Merlin. It's so hard to lose our furry kids!
Just was checking in to see if you had any new additions and saw that you have several! I can't comment on them all so I'll just leave one comment here as I couldn't pick a fav - they are all equally beautiful and touching. I'll say it again, you amaze me! (this is Stacy btw) ;)
oh my! What a wonderful page; Merlin was so handsome!Love all the Victorian themed elements, and the full title is wonderful. So sorry he's no longer with you; pets definitely take a piece of our hearts with them when they leave us...

Ah Merlin, you are truly suave and debonair! You have found your calling in life . . . posing in gentlemanly splendor for Mom's scrapbook pages! I'm so sorry he's gone. Meanwhile, your page is silly-gorgeous! Great job,
So cute and pretty! Love Merlin in his top hat and wonderful tuxedo markings! Sorry he passed away but I'm sure his ego would love it as well as chasing those butterflies and birds!
My goodness, such a handsome Victorian Gentleman of Various Interests and Refined Sensibilities!!!! What a wonderful and fun page, and not silly at all!! Love it!!
This is so GREAT! Love the pretty kitty and all the embellies! I'm sorry he's no longer with you but I am sure he would love this great tribute! Super collection of pps!
I realize this is quite silly, but once I got the idea, it had to be done. This is my cat Merlin posing as the Victorian Gentleman that he was at heart. In the true Victorian spirit, the full title is “A Victorian Gentleman of Various Interests and Refined Sensibilities” since the Victorians did love their long, convoluted titles. I couldn’t seem to get a great photo, so it looks a bit hazy, but it will have to do. I combined three fabulous Victorian-themed collections for this LO. The background paper is from Bo Bunny’s Weekend Market collection, the “wall prints” and bicycle tag are from Graphic 45’s Olde Curiosity Shoppe collection, and most of the rest is from K & Company’s Engraved Garden Ephemera Pack, which is chock full of cool Victorian bits, including no less than 3 hot air balloons! This was just too much fun to put together. Sadly, Merlin passed a few years ago, but I’m sure his little ego would have absolutely loved this. Thanks for looking!
