These are pics from a bar in Conover, Wisconsin. The wall behind the bar is a window, and they put food out for the wild animals back there. You never know what will stop by - on this particular day, it was a herd of deer.

Journaling says: March 28, 2008 - We had such a busy day today. First stop was lunch at 19th Hole in St. Germain. Then, we went to Woodruff & Minocqua for my first time. We shopped at Gaslight Square and Baker's Wife and barhopped. There are so many cool places there - like Otto's, Polecat and Lace, and Stingray's. On the way back, we stopped at Burnt Bridge. I haven't been there since I was little, and it hasn't changed a bit. Well, YQHJCYABFTJB has jumped to a buck from a quarter! For dinner, we went to Eagle Waters back in Eagle River. It was a fantastic day!

This is for the March One Month at a Time Challenge in which all the photos for the LO's must be taken during any March - these are from March '08. This is Week 4 which required:
1. photos from a trip or outing;
2. at least 25 words of journaling about the outing;
3. an embellishment that's an object (I used trees); and
4. a four word title.

I cut the word 'Burnt' with the Alphalicious cart on my Cricut and wrinkled and inked the letters to look burned. The owl and branch are fussy cut from another sheet of pp and popped up on foam tape.
