TFL! I scraplifted this idea from the May/June issue of Scrapbooks Etc.

The journaling reads:
The first time I saw Merlin was in 2002 - he poked his head out of the trailer upon arriving at the carriage company I was working at in Indianapolis. A Percheron/Morgan cross from Iowa, he wasn’t quite three years old. He must not have been handled much and had a pretty wild attitude. Lucky for me he was a very itchy horse and loved being brushed!
We formed a great bond and a few months later, I purchased him from the carriage company. Over that summer I trained him to be a carriage horse and we worked in Indianapolis for over a year together. Thirteen years later we’re still a team. Merlin’s now 16 and we enjoy trail riding in Michigan. He’s the most trustworthy and dependable horse I’ve ever had the privilege of riding and driving. I love him dearly.
