Our conservatory is a gorgeous Victorian glass house with beautiful ironwork inside, I just adore the motifs.
Paper: Dilo's kit "Monia", the embossed motif is a bit of Dover clip art with Yoshiko Designs Letter Press layer style applied in Photoshop.
White splatter in the corner by Melanoche (from "Carmen")
Frame is by Ange
I also duplicated the pic and applied a clear layer style to it to give it a glassy look.
