Another LO using Pan Pastel as a colour medium. The interesting thing about this LO is that I used a SINGLE shade of pan pastel to colour the pp's, DA chippies and the flowers. By varying the pressure during application you can get several shades from one colour. for the DA chippies I first added some textured paste to them, when that had dried I coloured them with the pan pastels by using some moisture to get the very dark shade of blue.
