Correction....this is WAY better than JRABS layout sistah! and I should know. hahahahahah. Love that you added the page from your book - that is a cool and touching tribute. I am also really loving the paper you used and thhe cheesecloth. fav - ( and JRABS thanks you deeply for the compliment in lifting her but you have totally ROCKED this )
gasp - I am honoered but you have OUTDONE me and taken this to the next gorgeous level by adding such a wonderful special touch as the poem. great flowers and great whispy feel. Fav and thanks for that honor.
Beautiful lo..the soft colours and the gauze give the page a delicate and and tender feel! Love the bird, flowers, vine and awesome pps! The poem is wonderful! xox
Usually when I set out to do a scraplift my page comes out completely different, but I think I came pretty close on this one. This is my lift of "Dreaming of Being on the Road" by Jrabs. The page is also a re-do of one I did a couple of years ago. My grandmother was something of a poetry writer, and she wrote this poem in my autograph book when I was 9 years old. I didn't have a photo of her from around the same time period, but I really like this one I included of her taken in 1986, Easter Sunday in my parents backyard.
