lambs ear on the left and I agree maybe some sort of hosta. When & if it flowers than it can be narrowed down.

One on the right looks like some kind of Hosta, and the other Purple Monkey and if that's what it is, it spreads like the dickens.

I agree with Linny - the one looks like basil, the other looks like sage. Do you have basil and sage in your spice drawer that you could smell test them? Should be pretty similar dried to fresh.
