This is beautiful and inspiring! I, too, love the cross design. I save pretty greeting cards to "repurpose" as well. There's a lot of neat stuff to be found there.
Great photos and I love the use of the Christmas card. Sometimes those cards we get are to pretty to to throw out. I have used them too before. Love the page!
Cassie's school Christmas Pageant in 5th grade, December 20, 2007. This year she was an innkeeper - the one who allowed Mary and Joseph to use her stable. The journaling is her lines: "My inn is completely full but you are welcome to use my stable. At least, it will keep you warm and dry. Can you see it? It's over there, just outside of town. I'm sorry that I cannot offer you more."
The border designs and lyrics to Silent Night are from a Christmas card that I saved. They are very shiny and sparkly irl with gold embossing. There is metallic gold paint around the outside of the LO, and the punched borders are from metallic gold paper. The flourishes at the top are from the Storybook cart and are sprayed with Olive Vine GM, and I added the red bling. The journaling box is stamped and heat embossed from gold ink. TFL
