I used tons of bling on this layout, although my photo isn't as blingy as it is in person. This is a photo of my Mom, and thought it would be nice for Mother's Day. The photo was stamped with Hampton Art Glue pad and the Hampton Art clear flourish stamp, and sprinkled with Art Institute glitter. The background page was distressed, and spritzed with Smooch using a Prima mask. The Madeline frame was fussy cut and popped off the background.
