This rope is part of the huge cat house toy thing that I recently got for them. Finnegan likes to jump onto a platform part of this house and grab the rope in his teeth. Then he raises his hinds legs so he is hanging from the rope by his teeth. My guess is he thinks he will yank the rope off but at 8 pounds that is highly unlikely lol. TFL
