Great layout!! I love all the techniques you used on this - from the stenciled sun rays to the stamping and embossing and the inks and the sprays and and and LOL
Stunning! The pink really brings out some dramatic colors in the sunset - which is already gorgeous! Love the flowers and the way you stickled around one of them - maybe you will inspire me to try my stickles! Love the way you used the bling. Perfect!
The most amazing sunset! This was the night before our 10th anniversary (we flew home the next day), and it was magical. I did a lot of things on this that I almost never use - flowers, stickles, and bling. Great challenge!
-I made a stencil for the rays, painted a couple layers of Spun Sugar Distress Stain, then spritzed with Lindy's Cotton Candy Pink, and a spritz of Yellow Rose of Texas in the bottom right. -A splooge of Stickles on the upper left -The pink hibiscus is a CottageCutz die, the stamen heat-embossed with yellow powder. The brown hibiscus is fancy-cut from Bo Bunny paper. -Font is A&S Black Swan; the pink Waikiki is stamped with Hero Arts Modern Lines stamp, and heat-embossed with pink powder. The shadow is pink paper distressed with Worn Lipstick, Squeezed Lemonade, and Old Paper inks. -I added actual bling! How weird for me, lol. -The brown strips are a piece of the same Bo Bunny paper and a strip of brown washi tape. -The date is hand-written in a Souffle pen.
