This is Cassie's ballet portrait from 2010. They danced to an instrumental orchestral cover of Led Zepplin's Kashmir performed by the all girl string quartet, Bond. She was in five dances that year, and I still have all the rest of them to scrap as well as all nine from 2011. And now, she just had her eight 2012 portraits taken last weekend. Sigh. You can see the LO's I've completed for earlier years in my Dance LO's Album in my gallery. All her professional dance portraits have been taken by Cass Photography.

This is for:
1) PINK Challenge at SB.com where the LO had to be at least 70% pink.

2) Scraplift the Person Before You - I lifted my friend Lisa's (Lpeeps) LO 'Friends' found here:

I had a hard time choosing which of her beautiful LO's I wanted to lift, but this one just spoke to me for this photo.

3) May One Pic

4) VLB - monochromatic LO.

I cut the pink organza and black tulle fabrics in my Cuttlebug with the Tattered Florals die to make my flowers. I matted all the pink pp's and the photo with black cs and the black pp with pink cs and distressed all the cs edges. I had inexplicably punched one scalloped circle from the piece of Basic Grey pink pp, but it was the pp I really wanted to use for the bg. My design didn't work to cover the hole, so I taped black cs to the back to cover the hole, punched a smaller scalloped circle from the Bo Bunny pp, and used it to make the embellie in the corner. Tucked in the top left corner, I used rub-on letters to add the class level, Acc Ballet 3-4.

TFL :)
