That picture is of all the bees incredible! It's giving me the heeby jeebies! Yikes, you're brave! Fabulous lo, though. The hexagons couldn't be anymore perfect!~
OMGosh ... this is unbelievable what you did with the scraps! S*E*R*I*O*U*S*L*Y ... this is like a work of art and how you made it all come together is A*M*A*Z*I*N*G! I just love the pp you used (I think I have that too)! Can't wait to see it in real life! =)
I love the new Hexagon theme, and challenged my scrapp'n BFFs to make a hexagon lo on NSB day. Dink made her lo using this cool green & brown marble paper, and I loved her left over paper with all these hexagons cut out, so I took it and used her scraps to make this cool lo.
These pics are from a bee swarm that made a temporary home in a tree at work. Someone called a bee keeper in to take them home, and these are the pics I took before and during the capture. I was a foot and a half away when I took the close up pic and while he was getting them into the box, I stood within 10 feet. It was so cool to bee that close. BTW, the left photo with the 20,000+ bees, they are hanging on each other from the branches above. They are not wrapped around anything. When the keeper flicked the branch, that mass became 1/4 of it's original size and they all hit the ground, box and air at one time. It was incredible.
