I couldn't wait to scrap my daughter's dance recital -- it was so cute and colorful! This is the full LO; I've also posted the individual pages.
I couldn't figure out what to do for the photo mats, so I just cut plain white CS and inked it and kind of staggered it under the photos. I don't love it, but it gets the job done, and doesn't take away from the rest of the LO.
**ETA: I absolutely love these Heidi Grace die cut alphas. Each letter comes with about 10 or 12 different designs, and some are white for "doodling" (like I did on the second "L"). They run $9.99 at Js and Ms; I bought two sets when I got them. This is more of the girly set. I'd say the other one is more gender neutral with more reds, blues and oranges, but it's not to boyish to use on girly LOs. The other letters are from my Fancypants order at Scrapbuck. I love them, and wish I'd ordered another package because now I'm out of L's!**
The upper left hand collage is a pocket which holds the journal tag and two of the tickets to the recital.
