Found this project in Scrapbooks Etc. magazine. Styrofoam cone shape covered in strips of paper curled at the end and embellishments. The strips of paper are 3/4 - 1 in wide and a couple of inches long, trimmed with zig zag (or pinking, but mine were a little too large) trimmer scissors. All paper and embellishments were hot glued on. The star is adhesive felt, already die cut, found in the craft section of walmart, with a glued on embellishment, stuck on floral wire.
