This is the Fiskars Rotary Cutter I purchased based on several recommendations. Do I have an older model? Not a huge fan.
The numbers on the orange arm are engraved, rather than printed, so it's hard to read the numbers.
The ruler gaps between the cutter platform and the arm -- which is the 3.75" mark! So you can't get an exact cut if you're making anything that size.
The arm doesn't stay tight on the cutter. It also doesn't hold straight, so when trying to line things up against the guides, it's hard to get a straight line.
