I saw this at various local craft shows and decided to make one for myself. Simple ribbon (couple inches wide), with a glued over edge to support ribbon (to hang it by) and what was left of my petaloo flowers make up the nice pretty bouquet at the top. Hang on a wall and attach all your hair clips, good to go!
